Born on April 2, 1994, in Douala, Cameroon to parents Tchamo Siakam and Victoire Siakam, Pascal went to play college basketball at the New Mexico State University in 2013. The 2015-16 campaign saw him average 20.2 points, 11.6 rebounds, and as many as 2.2 blocks across 34 games, ultimately paving the way for him to be awarded the WAC Player of the Year award.

The 6’8 in player has also lent support to the Raptors in bagging an NBA championship in 2019, with Pascal winning the league’s Most Improved Player of the Year Award in the very same season.

Toronto Raptors: It was on June 23, 2016, that Pascal was picked 27th overall in the NBA draft, whereas his rookie scale contract with the team came on 9th July. Pascal’s NBA debut came on October 2 in a 109-91 victory against the Detroit Pistons, where the Cameroonian scored 4 points and 9 rebounds within a duration of 21 minutes.
