The couple got arrested and charged with the murder of Manchella Allen at the Biloxi Police Department.

In this case, Breanna Cunningham is also accused of murder. According to the detective, she drove away with Abrams after the shooting with the pistol used to kill Allen.
Similarly, family members of the victim, Manchella Allen, and both suspects appeared in court. The court ruled that there was sufficient probable cause and referred the cases to the grand jury.
Furthermore, the court has not yet disclosed more information regarding this case.
